ALTA is currently looking for a talented and motivated Mid Associate to join our team. The Mid-Level Associate Lawyer will work closely with partners who are experienced in corporate, banking finance, legal-tech and data protection matters. You are also expected to collaborate with the other young and brilliant lawyers in our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, contracts and other documents.
- Lead legal due diligence process and provide comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide legal solutions in various strategic transactions.
- Prepare presentation and training material.
Qualifications:
- A law degree from accredited law school.
- PQE 4+ years with experience in general corporate, M&A, legal-tech, and/or banking finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Having extensive work experience in cross-border/international transactions.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence.
