ALTA Advocates held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to discuss “Enforcement of Penal Provisions in Law No.27/2022 on Personal Data Protection” on February 5, 2025. The discussion was moderated by our Partner, Raditya Kosasih, and featured the following speakers: Prof. Dr. Sinta Dewi Rosadi, Tuaman Manurung, Dr. Ratih Andrawina, Marsya Mutmainah, and Pahrur Dalimunthe. The FGD was also attended by representatives from the following institutions: Komdigi RI, Direktorat Tindak Pidana Siber Bareskrim Polri, BSSN, ATSI, PERATIN, Perkumpulan Pegiat Pelindungan Data Pribadi Sektor Keuangan, law firms, and lecturer team from Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia.
