We are pleased to share that our Partner, Raditya Kosasih, was invited to give a public lecture for the International Business Transactions course at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) on 3 July 2026. The lecture session explored the topic of cross-border data transactions, providing students with practical legal insights, considerations, and challenges on cross-border data transfer in today’s increasingly interconnected digital world.
