Kosasih has a very interesting work experience background in which he has explored various roles in legal industry for the last almost 15 years; from working as lawyer at reputable law firm to pioneering the establishment of the Data Protection Office for GoTo Group (previously Gojek). Not to mention, his roles as special staff and project leader at government agencies. 

His practice focus includes privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, artificial intelligence (Al), fintech, investment, capital markets, and general corporate matters. Kosasih graduated from University of Indonesia and completed his Advanced Master of Laws in Digital and Technologies from Leiden University, the Netherlands. 

Kosasih is the co-founder of APPDI (Asosiasi Praktisi Pelindungan Data Indonesia / Indonesian Data Protection Practitioner Association) and highly regarded amongst privacy and data protection practitioners both in Indonesia and South-East Asia. He is also a member of the OECD Community of Expert in Data Free Flow with Trust (DFFT).
