After spending almost 15 years as Partner at two major global firms, Kristo decided to join ALTA Advocates to lead the capital market practice. Kristo previously was the Managing Partner of Witara Cakra Advocates in association with White & Case, and Partner of Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung in association with Herbert Smith Freehills.
Kristo brings more than 25 years of experience representing international financial institutions and major Indonesian corporates in IPOs, rights issues, and merger & acquisition transactions. He is widely recognized as one of Indonesia’s leading capital market practitioners and specialists, known for his extensive track record in high-profile capital market transactions, deep capital market industry knowledge, and strong connections with local, regional, and international investment banks.
