ALTA Advocates has advised PT Sukses Sejati Sejahtera in connection with the acquisition of a 25% equity interest in PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk (“VICI”) from Beauty Brands International Pte. Ltd. for a total consideration of approximately IDR1.2 trillion (approx. USD70 million).
With a market capitalization of approximately IDR8 trillion and a strong brand portfolio, including Herborist, Miranda, and NuFace, VICI remains one of Indonesia’s key players in the personal care products.
